We are hiring a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst for one of our largest and fastest growing accounts a fortune 200 company for whom we run a multi-million-dollar, multi-channel, broad and complex content marketing program. You will work directly with senior clients and agency stakeholders, overseeing the application of analytics and driving performance analysis. Youll play an active role in the ongoing evolution of the account to a more data-driven strategy. Our Senior Data Intelligence Analyst reports to the Director of Data Intelligence and can be based (hybrid) in any of our four locations: Chicago, D.C., NYC, or Phoenix. Responsibilities Lead and enhance performance analysis and strategic, data-driven outcomes on the agencys biggest account. Foster relationships with key client stakeholders to be the voice of our analytics work, pushing the account forward with new, innovative ideas. Responsible for several key deliverables, connecting the data back to the clients business outcomes and working closely with internal teams to translate insights into action. Partner with client teams to develop and execute strategies and tactics to optimize campaigns based on analysis of performance metrics. Monitor and analyze data from multiple sources, including performance analytics, keyword research/trends, industry trends, social listening, email metrics, and competitive research metrics. Learn our agencys tech stack (Funnel, Snowflake, and Sigma) and build/maintain dashboards for clients and train clients and internal teams to use them. Requirements 5+ years of analytics experience, with at least 5 in a marketing/agency discipline (content marketing experience with large editorial sites is a plus!) Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and good with clients. Ability to use data to storytell complex topics, brief internal and external teams, and provide strategic recommendations. Expertise in Web Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, A e Analytics), tagging solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and knowledge of ad platforms (i.e., Client, Twitter, Google Ads, etc Knowledge of query languages, such as SQL and RegEx and/or experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) tools preferred.
