Our client designs and manufactures heavy-duty mobile crushing and screening equipment to pump out thousands of tons for mining, quarry, and recycling customers. They are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to design, develop and implement strategies that will attract, engage, and develop the team and build upon a high-performance culture in their Southern suburbs of Perth office.
The People and Culture Coordinator is required to advise, guide, and support the team in people and culture related functions and serve as principal advisor to senior leadership to develop and implement strategic people policy and processes aligned to organisational objectives and provide thought leadership on people management and retention best practices.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant field, or actively undertaking HR studies
- 3+ years experience in Human Resource/People/Culture management
- Experience with Industrial Relations Legislation
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive issues and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Robust problem solving, organisational and planning skills
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work across disciplines, diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build effective professional relationships
- Demonstrated self-awareness, empathy, and a people-centric approach
