Communications Manager (all genders are welcome)

Your mission

We are a growing biotech company who is looking for a dedicated Communications Manager (part-time) who will shape how ethris presents itself internally and externally.

__You will be in charge of:__

• developing our internal and external communication strategy
• planning and execution on internal and external communication channels
• sparring partner to our management reg. communication
• contact person for media and press partners
• relaunch our business Website
• release of our internal newsletters
• supporting various teams with sending out dedicated business newsletters
• supporting and rolling out the social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Your profile

• You re a proficient writer with excellent style and are able to describe complex business topics for specific target groups in an appealing way
• You are a strong communicator an networking is part of your personality
• It s a plus, if you have been working in the biotech or pharma environment but more importantly you are quick picking up on things and always willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You are creative and enjoy developing new concepts and ways to communicate with the different target groups.
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations, are organised and still have the ability to improvise as necessary.
• On top of it all you have a university degree in either economics, social sciences or communications and 3-5 years work experience in a smilar environment and role.
• Your written and spoken English is excellent.
