To assist with all office Data Entry/WO building as needed by the Service Coordinator and the Management Team. Serves a supportive role in the office to perform various clerical duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone to assit with Client needs and build Work orders as needed
- Scan Documents and help with quotes
- Check part inventory and info Purchasing Department.
- Prioritize data entries by maintaining an understanding of the sequencing and scheduling surrounding the data
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Enter customer Work Orders into the appropriate database software
- Verify the entry to ensure that accurate data has been entered into the database and make appropriate corrections, deletions and updates
- Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
- Coordinate with supervisor to gather incomplete information
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
- Filing as required
- Reception Backup as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience in clerical data entry.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude, adaptable and a team player
- Above average computer software skills in Word and Excel
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Must pass security screening process
- Experience in an MRP system an asset
