Our client in the pharmaceutical sector located in sandton, is lookingan excellent Administrative Assistant to perform clerical and administrative task.
To succeed as an Administrative Assistant,candidate shouldassist providesupport to employees and managers on office daily needs and manage companies general administrative activities.
Responsibilities
Call answering ability and been able to direct calls to the relevant department
Been able to plan meetings and take precise minutes
Arrange and schedule appointments
Should be able to maintain and develop filing systems
Be updated and maintain office procedures and policies
Arrange travel bookings
Reconciliation and submission of expense reports
Communicate with senior and executive administrative Assistant to handle queries and requests
Keep and maintain contact List
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies when necessary and research on suppliers and new deals
Requirements
1-3 years proven experience in similar positions
Knowledgeable in office procedures and systems
Perfect ability to use MS packages
Able to priortise work and time management ability
Been able to communicate effectively and written skills
Multi tasking and organisation skill
Matric Preferred. Diploma or degree is a added advantage
