The excellent candidate is anyone who is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Entering data into appropriate field
- Transferring data from paper formats
- Handling numerical data accurately
- Organise spreadsheets with large numbers
- Curating data directly from speech and interviews
- Updating databases with new information as it becomes available
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
- Typing data directly and accurately
- Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
Requirements
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and been able to prioritise
- Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
- Fast and accurate typist
- Able to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
- Highly organised multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment
- Knowledgeable of MS Packages
- Grade 12 preferred. Diploma in business, administration or similar field will be considered
