Senior Associate/ FILEX- Commercial Property

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge that offers the opportunity to work on existing quality and complex work, alongside side building their own practice. We are seeking to grow our teams in both Hull and York.

The role will involve managing your own caseload providing legal services on a range of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, retail and development, and agricultural work.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or FILEX (8+ PQE, but applications from all experienced fee earners will be considered)
  
• Able to lead on a wide range of property-related matters.
  
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
  
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
  
• Self-motivated with a professional approach to work
  
• A passion to build and maintain strong client relationships
  
• An effective practical approach to your workload with a good experience of handling own files from start to finish
