What is in it for you:

Salary of 20,42$/h
100% remote
Training of 4 weeks (8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM), then shifts are rotating, between 8 AM to midnight AST or 7 AM and 11 PM EST from Monday to Friday. Shifts are rotating from 9 AM to 9PM AST and 8 AM to 8 PM EST on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of customer phone calls
Responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and addressing customer needs through inbound phone, email, and potential outbound follow- up services, all pertaining to company s Bank products.
Delivering an outstanding client experience, as our customer-centric focus is a critical pillar of our business strategy
Support the growth of our business through service excellence and a client-focused approach
Meet your customer needs by providing timely, accurate responses
Answering questions on the company s products and services
What you need to succeed:
Bilingual (English and French)
Previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment, or service industry
Reliable high-speed internet required
Excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner
Exceptional technical capabilities and attention to detail
Ability to learn and apply information quickly
Previous experience in a contact center environment, a tremendous asset
