Infosec Program/project manager

Role Summary:

CNA is in the midst of infrastructure and information security advancement programs. This includes multiple projects with many workstreams and interdependencies. The program will include projects such as: implementing new technical security tools, upgrading monitoring, network remediation, Identity Access Management, securing the Cloud, and more.

Ideally this candidate will have experience working on Waterfall and Agile projects as well as experience using Jira and/or any Project Portfolio Management tool. Experience managing various vendors and partners is important -- should possess the technical knowledge to hold vendors accountable. Must have very strong leadership presence and communication skills.

High-Level Requirements:

A senior-level PM with experience leading large-scale TECHNICAL security projects. Must possess strong information security knowledge and background (minimum of recent 5 years dedicated to Cyber Security projects). Enterprise PM experience - managing million dollar+ projects involving MSP's and multiple vendors. Strong financial acumen of project accounting, budgeting, operational costs, accruals, capital vs. expense project activities. Ability to manage/drive multiple projects

Technical acumen with at least 2 of the following:

Have strong project financial acumen and experience

Effective communicator (written, verbal and presentation) with ability to interact with project team as well as organizational leadership

Ability to understand technical concepts and jargon

Manage and drive mitigation of impediments and risks; escalate when necessary

Effective at working with and managing both MSP's and vendors

End to end project planning (from project charter to project close)

Effective project reporting

Possesses solid decision-making skill
