An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Training Services for Local & International Students as an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Accounts Receivable/Payable Virtual Assistant.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager and working with direction from the team you will be self-starting, highly organised, and experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Virtual Assistant.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
- Digitize accounting paperwork, and maintain organized records
- Accounts management, invoicing, and receivables
- Follow-up on client payments
- Staff timesheet processing & reconciliation
- Payroll admin and processing
- Month-end Reconciliation
- Workflow management
- Process and prepare financial and business forms
- Assist in creating financial reports on a regular basis
- Adhere to the company's or organization s financial policies and procedures
- Suggest changes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
- Ensure that your bills are paid on time
- Documentation and reports generation
- Other accounting tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree Qualified (+)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized, process-oriented
- Proactive results driven and efficient
- Experience in accounts and general admin within the related field:Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint),XERO,Zoho CRM
- Experience with Australian client (+)
- Sound understanding of basic bookkeeping and GST
- Sound knowledge/understanding of payroll, accounts payable and receivable processes (+)
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 32,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
5. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
6. Laptop provided after 30 days
7. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
8. SHIFT TIMES: 8AM to 5PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
