Summary:
We are looking for someone who will fix bugs or usability issues that lead to support requests
Responsibilities:
- Interpret, prioritize, and debug user product support requests
- Reply to users or make edits to help them resolve their problem
Skills/ Education/ Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience required
- High-school diploma required
- Experience supporting non-technical users and the desire to help users solve problems as a primary responsibility. (Must have experience supporting users of software and generating creative solutions for them)
- Full professional fluency in English (must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, in a helpful and professional tone)
- Full stack development experience. (Must have experience debugging and implementing features end-to-end - across a web frontend and a backend service)
- Front End experience with Typescript/JavaScript and at least one client framework required. (The work MUST be done in Angular/Typescript/OneStack but React experience is OK).
- Back End Development experience Python experience preferred since the backend is written in Python.
- Experience working with Google Code Base.
