• Policy Administration, Billing & Claim Processing: Internally developed core system supporting client marketing, submission tracking, policy administration, billing and accounts receivable, claim processing, loss control, and check writing.
  
• Data Warehouse: Microsoft SQL Server 2019 database of policy, claim, marketing, general ledger and various external data for financial, management, operational, reinsurance, and statistical reporting. Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services is used for ETLprocessing.
  
• Business Intelligence: Internally developed web-based business intelligence reporting system ( Web Reporting ). System provides on-demand reporting capability from a variety of data sources including the data warehouse, core systems and AgencyPortal.
  
• Rating: Core system rating; NetRate software from Vertafore/MGA Systems for ISO-based property and general liability rating.
  
• Agent Portal: Duck Creek AgencyPortal 5.1 for CPP new business quoting. Also used by internal underwriters. Internally developed BOP straight-through new business processing (quote/bind/issue) app.
  
• Customer Portal: Internally developed website with access to billing statements/payment, new business submissions/processing for agents, certificate processing, endorsement requests, policy documents, loss prevention materials, training material, and forms/applications.
  
• Document Generation: Internally developed forms printing solution ( PrintForms ) that utilizes the Open Office open source software suite as the tool for form layout as well as the mechanism for form rendering and uses an XML formatted file as the medium for data transfer.
  
• Document Management: Alfresco 6.2 submission, policy and claim files.
  
• General Ledger/Financial Management: Freedom Financial Series PTE Version 7.3; eFreedom Annual Statement; F9 Financial Report Writer 4.2; licensed from Sapiens.
