Requirement
Fluent in English (native level), high level of Spanish (comfortable conversing)
Swedish or Dutch is a distinct advantage
Excellent communication skills at all levels, excellent telephone manner
Strong administrative skills and IT literacy
Professional, well-presented
A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
Some real estate experience is preferred
A self-motivated, hard-working and reliable person with a hands-on approach
Own car
Responsibilities
Sales/Listing Administrative Assistant providing all round support to a busy real estate agency
Welcome visitors to the office, respond to enquiries, book appointments.
Property listings, marketing support and advertising
Carrying out weekly property inspections.
Support with sales viewings in busy periods
Check AMS daily, ensure emails are dealt with
Liaise with property services as required, provide property management support
Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times, from initial enquiry through to aftercare
Communicate with customers and stakeholders in person, by telephone and email
Package
Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30, 1 Saturday per month 10-2 (half day off during week)
Salary 1200 per month net BASIC, plus overtime and commissions
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
