Job Responsibilities:

Workday Configuration consultant

Required Skills:

Workday Configuration Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configuration. This individual should have qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to own configuration changes to existing Workday system.

• Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for HCM Core, Learning, Onboarding, Payroll and Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance
• At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Experience in Business Process setup
• General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
• Good understanding of Workday Security
• Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
• Workday Study experience is mandatory
• Experience in development of complex reports
• Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required
