Revit Draftsperson / Drawing Production

45K - 55K Salary plus benefits
Leading Architectural Lighting and Design company is looking for an experienced Revit Draftsperson to prepare and/or assist in the preparation of detailed drawings of architectural lighting designs and plans.
Qualifications:
Required:
Associates degree or equivalent
3+ years experience in CAD and BIM (Revit) software- Architectural drafting programs (release 2020 or higher)
Intermediate level design and drawing of projects based on collaboration with senior designer staff
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (word processing, Outlook, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
Preferred:
Experience working with photometry programs; AGi32 or similar, SketchUp, Adobe suite, InDesign, Bluebeam
Associates or Bachelors degree in architecture/interior design, theatrical/stage design, industrial design, or a combination of Education and experience
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Designers to implement red lines and produce sets of drawings. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within short timeframes reach demanding deadlines
Managing the organization of electronic and hard copy design documents, including creating and maintaining Revit sheet sets, Revit families according to company standards.
Uploading drawings to clients FTP sites
Downloading drawings and saving to the network to align with company standards/process
Downloading drawings and integrating them into our model to create our drawing set.
Perform development and execution of detailed work, including but not limited to taking the design intent (redlines) and putting them into 2D and 3D systems; Revit
Providing Electronic and Hard copy formats and have them readily available

Participating in project and team meetings by engaging, asking questions, and taking notes
Attending and participating in charrette sessions
Assess situations and make strategic decisions based on IC process awareness
