Job Purpose:

The Dynamics 365 Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and extension of CRM software and inspiring its use within the business environment, advising on best practises to ensure its features are utilised to their maximum. This is a full-time role, with the occasional need for travel. To be successful in the role you will need to be a good team player with excellent communication skills, have the ability to manage your own workload and work well on your own initiative and under direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading or participating in business discovery and requirements sessions with key stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system

.

Analyse the client s business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business

.

Generate estimates for implementation tasks

.

Assist the PMO team with Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client

.

Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

.

Conduct solution testing and assist the client with user acceptance testing

.

Proactively lead with best practices throughout the system implementation

.

Inspire and guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates

.

Plan and execute data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles

.

Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites

.

Contribute to client communication, such as customer events, demonstrations and walkthroughs

.

Continuous development of your personal technical knowledge base, on- and off-the-job

.

Keep informed of the latest technologies and add-ons via research and development in order to advise customers and colleagues

Communication Skills & Relationships:

Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills in order to work with other team members and clients are crucial to the success of this role. The postholder will be required to develop strong client facing skills, have excellent written and oral skills and the ability to communicate with personnel from all levels of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

In depth knowledge of ERP systems Dynamics beneficial not essential

Proven experience in consulting on software products

.

Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering

.

Problem solving skills

.

Ability to work with users of all levels of technical ability and be able to adapt your communication style appropriately

.

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers via telephone or written communication is essential

.

The desire to gain additional experience in other product areas
