What we do

Merantix Momentum is a Berlin-based AI startup accelerating AI adoption across industries through B2B solutions. We work across several domains including automotive, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and many more, transforming businesses as an external ML department using our core expertise in state-of-the-art machine learning. We support our customers with AI Strategy, AI Development and AI Operations with a young motivated and diverse team.

Your role

On our path to becoming Europe s #1 AI solutions builder, we are looking for talented team members, who is eager to disrupt industries with AI and machine learning.

Your main responsibilities can include the following:

• Support on client cases with a team from both the business and machine learning side, owning a distinct aspect of the project and contributing to project delivery directly towards the client.
• Take charge of identifying relevant information sources, gathering and interpreting project and delivery related data, executing analysis, and presenting findings on AI potential, case evaluation or technical feasibility for both internal and external topics to team members and client stakeholders
• Gather and aggregate knowledge on company and industry specific challenges through interviewing clients, suppliers and employees work that will become the basis of the case team s strategic recommendations
• Working across various industries and topics, you will be challenged out of your comfort zone, significantly widen your scope of expertise and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally

• Strong personal drive and sense of ownership, shown in organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize appropriately and effectively investigative a problem with support of analytical data
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Creative, focused, highly motivated and hands-on. Love what you do (and own it)!
• Undergraduate degree from a top- tier university, additional MA/MSc/MBA is a plus. Internships or first full-time working experience in top management consulting, leading startups, technology companies and other fast-paced environments is also looked favorably upon
• Interest in technology and utilizing it in business, both personally & professionally
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
