Additional details: DOT is looking for a Project Manager with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. If selected for this
role, you will be asked to follow standard project management industry practices such as PMI's framework and to understand the
business and technical objectives of a project and works closely with project sponsor. In addition, you will create the project charter and
work plan, track the budget, document the risk and develop mitigation plans and manage the scope.
A DOT Project Manager Ill is expected to design, plan and coordinate work teams of 15 to 20 people in the business area and counties.

A Professional certification is highly desirable but not required.
Expected duties and job function:
Understand business and technical objectives of a project
Work closely with the project sponsor, Communicates to stakeholders and project sponsor
Create a project charter and work plan, defines project scope
Establish project organization and methodologies
Define roles and responsibilities of the team
Track budgets and schedule progress via appropriate metrics Documents risks and develops risk mitigation plans

Builds an effective team, assigns tasks to team members, and evaluates outcomes
Negotiates resources
Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers
Provides technical support to project team members
Handles complex application features and technical designs
