ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a coach to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
- Assist companies with onboarding and training new salespeople
- Be a consultant for company leaders
- Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies
- Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation
- Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors
- Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team
- Maintain updated records of educational curriculum and material
- Listen to, coach, and grade calls from salespeople
- Monitor costs of training programs
- Writing new sales materials
- Fostering communication between trainers and the sales team
- Maintaining updated records and documentation
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Follow-up on with and provide deliverable to clients in a timely manner
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Must be driven and have a growth mindset
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until prospects are closed
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required there is a 2 day training every 4-6 weeks
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
- Limited travel as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma required and/or Associate degree preferred
- Abundance mindset
- 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Trainer or similar role preferred
- Recruiting experience of sales people is a plus
- Experience in a sales role is a must
- Experience in coaching athletics at the high school level or higher is a plus
- Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (ex. videos or slides)
- CRM software experience preferred
- Must pass background check
- A role up your sleeves, and all hands-on deck mentality
- Strong relationship management
