Should be proficient in CRM business processes in Service management, Sales and Marketing
Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM products- entities, workflows and configuration, business units, security structure, organization units
Excellent experience in implementing Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service for various industries, preferably in client facing role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Excellent handle on D365 CRM out of the box (OOB) features versus custom development
Experience in migration projects which involves data mapping
Experience of requirement gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of gap-fit done by other functional experts
Should be able to provide inputs and advice regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, functions and features to clients and prospects.
Should facilitate workshops to develop business requirements, create demonstrations to provide POCs, plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost.
Responsible for configuring, testing and deploying CRM solution and any associated applications, creating and executing test scripts and facilitating user acceptance tests.
Assist internal resources with support or pre-sales of Microsoft CRM and related integrations.
