Today, our team has grown to an impressive 20 talented individuals and we are looking for our next contributor to join us as a Digital Marketer. As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have relevant experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.
Today, Equip is based in Rolle - Switzerland on the French-Swiss Riviera, close to the Lake Leman and the Alps. The team currently manages partnerships and stations in 40 locations around Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.
Tasks
What we are looking for:
- With the direction and advice of the Nidecker Group Board, build, plan, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage and train the rest of the team where necessary, and work in collaboration with the Nidecker Group Marketing team to create synergies and share relevant resources
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and market place for online sales in the future
- Measure ROI and KPIs, as well as track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Build an inbound marketing plan and manage the scheduling of emails and respective campaigns
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager/Coordinator and experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Experience in managing email campaigns and scheduling
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills and ablility to work under "start up pressure"
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field is nice to have
