You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for reviewing creatives and communicating edits when needed as well as routing creatives through approval process while managing the review schedule to ensure deadlines are met and campaign launch dates are not impacted.
Key Accountabilities:
80% - Reviewing creatives for accuracy and facilitating creatives for review.
20% - Work closely with various team members to ensure strategy & business changes are executed in updated creatives on time per the campaign schedule.
Responsibilities:
Review creatives for accuracy through each round of review.
Accurately mark-up creatives with necessary changes and ensure changes are made with internal/external creative teams.
Facilitate creatives through approval process.
Manage all creative reviews to a production timeline to ensure deadlines are met and launch dates are not impacted
Required Skills:
Familiarity with consumer marketing processes and techniques and a solution-oriented mindset when dealing with problem-solving.
Proficiency using various computer applications, particularly MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Associate or Bachelor degree
Ability to develop and maintain relationships/alliances with external and internal client groups.
Manages work complexity through effective prioritization and follow-through.
Strong self-structure, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Experience in facilitating materials through a review/editing process (preferred/not required)
Experience in production and graphic design industry is preferred
