College graduate of any course(High School,Senior Highschool,Undergrads are encourage to apply)
Customer Service experience is an advantage but not required
Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Amenable to Start ASAP
To be successful in this role you must
Good communication and computer navigation skills
A solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customer
Possess a positive attitude.
Have very good interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
Be highly motivated and prepared to work hard.
Have high personal energy and enjoy a lively environment.
Be highly flexible and welcome change/improvements.
