Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Otonomee team. The successful candidate will be supporting our exciting partner TripAdmit. TripAdmit is an Irish owned SAAS company providing solutions to Tours and Activity providers to digitise their customer journey.

This will be an exciting role, with ambitious targets. We would expect the successful candidate to settle straight in and be ready to go from day one. If you are up to the challenge of a well-funded scale up, then keep reading to find out more.

This is a permanent work from home role so the only commute you will need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important: providing an excellent support experience to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Seek out and engage "good fit" companies through strategic prospecting
  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities and bring them to demonstration stage
  • Manage leads efficiently and effectively, guaranteeing a consistent volume of new opportunities month after month.
  • Engage with customers via telephone and email to analyse and
    qualify their needs
  • "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies for uncovering new deals
  • Work at a fast pace and on large volumes of prospects
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Build pipeline using proven sales methodologies, ensuring all data is properly maintained and updated in the CRM (Pipedrive & Yesware)
  • Keep management well appraised of sales funnel metrics and forecasts

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • You are fluent in Italian and speak English at least at B2 level.
  • You have at least 6 months sales experience, preferably in a B2B enviroment
  • You have strong communication skills
