We are looking for a Lead Mycologist to pioneer the development of our unique mycelium-based technology platform to re-invent the food system. You should have a strong background in fundamental mycology and the ability to bridge mycology fundamentals into tissue and morphological mycelium properties, which are suited for helping our team develop a scalable fermentation production technology. You will work in synergy with the product developers, food scientists, and the rest of the teams.
