12 week rotation:

All weeks are pay averaged to 40 hrs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Industrial Millwright license (433A) Red Seal or Ontario
* Minimum Grade 12 education
* Industrial Millwright (433A) certification (Red Seal)
* 5 yrs+ experience in a mechanical maintenance role in an industrial environment ; any food production facility experience an asset
* Must have experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
* Competency with robotics, pumps, presses and material handling systems
* Able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and manufacturers manuals to determine how a problem is to be approached
* Basic knowledge in welding, machining, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
* Good communication and interpersonal skills required
* Able to communicate effectively with peers and managers
* Able to work effectively independently or in a team
* Able to create material lists and provide input on most efficient install options for equipment and perform the installs
* Strong safety orientation and ability to follow proper safety procedures (i.e Lock-Out / Tag-Out, etc.) with a do it right the first time mentality
* Self-sufficient and team oriented
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Computer literate - MS Office
* Willing and able to work assigned shift
Requirements:
* Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment within the plant
* Maintain, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and share knowledge of applicable mechanical concepts with other maintenance personnel
* Respond quickly to calls from production to keep equipment operational and ensure production runs smoothly
* Follow all food safety standards, safety rules, GMP rules, and company procedures
* Perform Mechanical PM activities as scheduled and report results
* Perform special projects from time to time as assigned in a cost effective and timely manner
* Communicate effectively with outside vendors and equipment manufacturers
* Work in a safe and efficient manner
* Keep work area clean & orderly
* Perform any other reasonable duties as required or assigned by Management
