The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment.
Assists the HR Manager with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of compensation program.
Assists with the development/revision of job descriptions and job analysis.
Assists in educating employees, provides information, or refers to the correct HR resource (call center, benefits team, etc.)
Conducts new employee orientation.
Assists in employee relations investigations, counseling, and exit interviewing.
Generates and compiles routing and ad hoc reports from HRIS system.
Maintains employee files/records timely and accurately in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
