Candidate should have a background in content strategy and/or messaging hierarchy, or in working within UX teams to identify ideal customer journeys and solve complicated messaging problems. The candidate should also have experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities, able to take general direction and turn it into tactical next steps.
