Coordinate with various project stakeholders and partner support teams to ensure seamless tool deployment. Collaborate with application development, application support, and other IT infrastructure resources to define measurement frameworks. Good understanding of application life cycle managementPerforming health checks for the monitored application's technical experience. Monitoring and optimizing the application performance and identifying performance bottlenecks in web applications and providing solutions. Ability to do requirement gathering and target environment analysis from an APM perspectivenbsp; Maintain Infrastructure as a code (Terraform or Dynatrace or any APM)Experience/ Knowledge in customer experience management, Application Performance Monitoring and log analytics. Hands-on experience in using any Enterprise level APMDynatrace, TeraForm, AppDynamics, Splunk)Identifiing and helping the team Troubleshooting application issues using APM Tools.
