Job Description:
This position develops and executes personalization strategies across digital channels based on historical and real-time data in partnership with Data Intelligence, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Understanding and analyzing the existing data that is collected in the data lake to render customer 360 and come up with customer segments
Create and manage the personalization roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver short-term results as MVP using the customer segments
Work and present the strategies to business, product, and engineering leaders.
Work with the A/B testing team to launch these personalization strategies and measure the success of this campaign.
Work closely with analytics, merchandising, creative and e-commerce teams to drive continuous optimization and refinement for driving higher engagement and improved conversion.
Required Skills
Strong quantitative skills
Ability to work across environments and juggle many large initiatives with tight timelines
Experience working with digital marketing tools
Ability to analyze and create customer segments from data lake
Personalization platforms
Product Recommendation Platforms
Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Ability to work across the digital channel to bring in an omnichannel experience for the customer
Data Lake, Snowflakes, Customer Data Platform (like ActionIQ)
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Marketing preferred
8 years of experience in driving product roadmap in retail e-commerce
3 years of experience in driving personalization roadmap across channels
