Tasks
- Help to transform the way complex challenges are approached within the Oetker Group by establishing a culture of innovation and iteration source of truth systems like PIM
- Form and lead cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between a more traditional and an agile way of working
- Contribute directly to the improvement of data quality and reliability in thousands of datasets.

- Identify and create reusable solutions, processes, and best practices
- Participate in the recruitment of new talent while also assisting in the development of less experienced colleagues, interns, and working students
Requirements
- Experience with data- and process-heavy technical products and architectural migrations and comfortable owning an internal, highly technical back-end product - experiences in topics like PIM is a big plus
- Confidence in dealing with the usual agile methods and frameworks, but use them in an impact-related manner and not dogmatically
- You are a self-starter, easily adapting to new situations and onboarding oneself independently on systems/team structures with complex dependencies
- Seek and enjoy the possibility to proactively shape things, welcoming change as the only constant
- Positive attitude, especially in stressful times and the ability to motivate your team to get stuff done
- You live and promote an open error culture and share your learnings willingly and independently beyond ego
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, bridging the gap between technical and product professionals to drive balanced prioritization and collaboration
- Fluent in English and German
