As a team we provide complementary strategic and operational competency to our portfolio investments with over 25 years of operational management background, 25 years of investment experience and 10 years of strategic consultancy. Previous professional experience includes Intershop, Pro7Sat1, SevenVentures, Delivery Hero, McKinsey, and Goldman Sachs etc.
We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to support our team in Berlin. Start date is ASAP
Support accounting and external reporting processes for our 10 investment entities: preparation of expense reports, invoice sorting and filing, account reconciliation
Office administration tasks such as bookings for investor events, calendar management, sorting and filing of airmail, liaising with our outsourced IT team to troubleshoot technical problems, managing mobile phone contracts
Currently enrolled at a University, and can work 4 - 6 hours a week at our office in Berlin Mitte
First experience in either start-up / accounting firm / corporate environments is a bonus
Language: German, English
Highly motivated, service-oriented and able to work independently, efficiently and accurately even under stressful conditions and tight deadlines
You are goal-oriented and are able to step back and look at the bigger picture
