In order to support our client s future CRM strategy and to strengthen the team, they are looking for
a motivated person to support development, implementation and support of their CRM and B2B shop solution.
Jointly with the other IT and SAP experts and local business teams you will participate in
projects and changes in various European countries as well as you will contribute to
setting up support functions around the CRM and B2B shop processes.
University Degree or comparable education in business administration or computer scienceAround 3 years of professional experience in business process or SAP consultingGood knowledge in SAP SD with focus on sales processesHands-on experience in SAP system configurationKnowledge of the Customer Relationship Management processes beneficialUnderstanding of integration to Product Information Management (PIM) and CMS systemsIdeally technical understanding of progressive web application (PWA)Ability to demonstrate and explain processes and technical subjects to usersGood understanding of business processes in CRM (role requires interaction with the business on a daily basis)System and UAT testing experience essentialFluent in English, German skills beneficialMust be willing to travel to locations within Europe
