Your Skills
You have job experience in the fields of customer service, customer consultant, retail, hotel business or catering
OR you are a strong communicator and a committed career changer

You are reliable and work very organized
Big plus: you have some experience with complaint management or escalation management
You are fluent in Dutch and English
