Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You are the first impression for our international guests and know how to greet everyone with a warm smile on your face
• You are attentive and no one passes unnoticed
• You protect the property, premises, customers, clients and colleagues of our client
• You consult our clients as well as our clients guest in general requests
• You stay calm and know what to do even in cases of emergency

Your profile

• You have a high standard for individual and outstanding service
• You have backbone, show empathy and still know how to enforce the policies
• You stay calm, always - even when it gets stressful
• During your communications with clients, you demonstrate your excellent German and English language skills
• Ideally, you already gained extensive professional experience in the security industry
• You like to work independently and be part of a reliant team
