Job Description
Willma is on a mission to democratize access to same- and next-day, carbon neutral deliveries in urban areas, giving independent merchants as well as D2C brands the opportunity to offer a prime-like experience to their customers.
Tasks
- Identifying potential partnerships and contacting merchants that are a great fit for Willma Same- and Next Day Delivery
- Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships
- Building ongoing relationships with the identified merchants
- Understanding fulfillment performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms
- Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of being successful within a field sales position
- A natural hunter with excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with numbers for closing win-win deals
- Ability to thrive in very fast paced environment
- High energy & drive to work for a newly launched and fast growing business
- Fluent in German and English
