Our client is looking for somebody to join their reputable and fast-growing real-estate team in the Alicante area, this is a long-term opportunity with a professional and friendly team.
Requirement
Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level)
Conversant level of Spanish minimum
Excellent communication skills at all levels, excellent telephone manner
Strong administrative skills
Good IT literacy
Professional, well-presented
A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
Some real estate experience is preferred
A self-motivated person who is reliable and trustworthy
Responsibilities
Provide all-round sales and administrative support to meet the needs of a busy real estate agency
Marketing and advertising properties
Arranging appointments with vendors
Welcoming visitors to the office
Take sales enquiries, gathering the correct information, passing on to the relevant sales personnel
Provide the highest standard of customer care at all times, from initial enquiry through to aftercare
Communicate with customers and stakeholders in person, by telephone and email
General administrative and office support to meet the needs of the business
Package
Permanent PART TIME contract, Monday to Friday 2pm 6pm
Salary 555 per month net
