We are currently working with the leading global chemical and food ingredient distributor looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative, to support their current growth and expansion. In this position, you will be working closely with their award-winning teams to liaise with both suppliers and customers to provide product and/or service information and create market distinctive solutions in the Chemical Distribution Industry. The CRS will provide support in handling general office duties of the customer service department and play a vital role in interacting with customers to address their concerns and process their orders in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with customer requirements. - Graduated with a Bachelor s University/college degree in a relevant field
- Past experience, especially in the chemical distribution industry is preferred
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
- In-depth foundational background of custom and transportation principles as well as inventory management principles
- Expertise in customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a high volume, deadline driven, and collaborative environment
- Technically savvy in Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)
