German Speaking Telephonic Administrative Assistant
Our client, a German owned family business, provides wellness and fitness services. They specialise in modern mobility solutions for the home. They provide assurance to their customers that they can always move freely and safely in their own home.
Job Type: Remote | Permanent
Salary: R15 000 Gross per month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 4 hours a day / 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken German required
- Ability to assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good phone etiquette
- Empathetic and patient
Responsibilities
- Assisting customer via email or phone call
- Answering calls
- Booking appointments for sales team and technicians
- Performing daily administrative tasks
