We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our growing company! Our Recruiter will be responsible for providing support with the day-to-day operation of HR-related activities. Serving as the initial point of contact, this position handles entry-level HR activities and provides HR transactional and administrative services to clients, their employees, and applicants. Our Recruiter will be responsible for providing support in all areas of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, etc.

Requirements
- Two years of clerical experience required
- Two years of recruiting experience is required
- Ensure all employees receive outstanding customer experience.
- Supports internal and external HR related inquiries or requests by responding to inbound phone calls, employee self-service tickets, and emails and ensure that effective action is taken.
- Responsible for answering the phones, greeting callers, establishing the reason for calling, and resolving the issue by self or contacting the appropriate person that can help the customer.
- Supports the administration and application of company policies and procedures and answers routine employee questions.
- Coordinates with the Senior HR Manager to serve the needs of clients.
- Performs administrative duties such as scanning, mailing, filing, faxing and distributing of HR correspondence as needed.
- Assists the Recruiting function by scheduling interviews, pre-employment drug screens, physicals and background screenings, as well as new hire paperwork.
- Assists associates in using web-based service tools.
