The client is looking for a 180 Recruiter that will help in their team in terms of sourcing and hiring candidates and they are expanding their business here in the Philippines.



Job Summary:

The 180 Recruiter has great knowledge of the Australian Market experience in recruiting process.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept recruiter with great leadership skills and possess an eagerness to fill in the roles in a cost-efficient way. Being proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential to this role.


Job Description:

Proactively source candidates that would fit open Job Orders-- improve hiring pipelines through inbound and outbound sourcing efforts


Operations:
  • Write and load job adverts
  • Search Fast Track Database for suitable candidates
  • Review and Understand Job Briefs and solicit clarification where necessary
  • Resume screening of prospective applicants
  • Phone Screening of prospective candidates
  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews online to assess candidates suitability
  • Provide shortlists
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Fill vacant job orders in required time frames
  • Maintain filled job orders

Candidate Management:
  • Promote Company core business functions
  • Maintain candidate contact through regular call cycles
  • Provide exceptional service to candidates
  • Maintain candidate and client database
  • Proactive candidate care activities
  • Performance feedback
  • Time sheet processing
  • Focus on candidate safety






Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in volume recruitment, preferably for industrial and commercial roles
  • Experienced in volume hiring for the Australian market would be advantageous
  • Familiar with Fast Track, Broadbean, or any similar platform
  • Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Experienced using ATS tools (JobAdder, Workable, Oracle Taleo, etc.)
  • Experienced in CV Formatting, Job Description composition.
  • Experience in recruitment support processes (Reference checks and administrative functions)
  • Ability to learn various industry job hierarchies and dynamics for more proficient sourcing and relatable communications
  • Substantial experience in utilizing industry-related platforms/tools--Seek, JobAdder, LinkedIn
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comes with good business acumen. Demonstrates good problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Comes with strong initiative to be beneficial to the company as an individual employee
  • Attention to detail must be impeccable.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well with a team and develop positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Must be highly organized and can systematically prioritize daily workload.
