The longer version

We're looking for a Full Stck Developer to work with our CTO and product team to help us scale!

As our first Full Stack hire (outside CTO), you'll be in a position to execute today, and lead tomorrow.

We're beginning to scale our operations and aim to have 10,000,000 hits in the next 12 months.

With this rapid growth, you'll have exponential personal and professional growth opportunities to begin leading other team members in the not too distant future.

Problem Space

By 2030 it's estimated there's going to be millions of skills shortages in creative fields from Design to Marketing, even more than in computer science!

The problem is the world doesn't have the time to learn skills the traditional way. So we're reinventing the system to speed things up!

With our own educational programs, we helped students learn 4 years worth of learning in 4 weeks! We know... we couldn't believe we could do that either... Now we're building our process into tech to make it accessible across the globe.

Solution

Experlio's web-based app allows educators, creators and industry experts to impart their real-world experience via interactive challenges, with both their owned and Experlio's shared communities, to help their members get insights into the industry and apply their skills immediately. The end outcome is portfolio-ready content 10X faster than traditional education pathways, combined with context for personalised feedback and, better yet, it's designed to help members win over employers with their skills!

Role

Your key responsibility will be supporting our CTO and taking the technology of our app to the next level!

In the early days your main responsibilty will be to bring functional designs to life and helping to improve the experience for our growing user base.

You'll form part of the team with a dedicated Product Designer to set you up for success and understand the ins and outs of how Experlio needs to look and feel.

Not to mention you'll be supported by other expert contributors in every facet of our tech stack from React, Golang and AWS experts we've recruited to support our vision.

As the role develops, you'll begin to step into more of the Full Stack activities that our CTO undertakes and get to work on problems end to end!
