Job Description
- • Degree or Diploma Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial Food Science.
- • Should have good knowledge of Wheat Milling Adjusting roller mills, Feed milling, Grain Storage etc.
- • Responsible for operating and maintaining flour - mill equipment s.
- • Familiar with milling process & utilization of computerized system to ensure designated quality level of finish products
- • Coordinate with Miller , shift miller and other operators in the mills.
- • Manage safety performance of the mill operators on the shift.
- • Oversees the production of qualities.
- • Good command on English language, Computer literate, soft spoken, maintaining soft relationship with other staffs.
