• Translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  
• Facilitating the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  
• Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  
• Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
  
• Asking smart questions, taking risks, and champion new ideas.
  

Requirements

• You are willing to relocate to Bengaluru
  
• You have at least 2 years experience of UX design experience and extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions with a mobile-first and responsive design approach.
  
• You have expertise in one of the following: standard UX software such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch.
  
• You have a solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  
• You can clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
  
• You are passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
  
• You are open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  
• You are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
  

• You have a functional Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Javascript
  
• You have experience working at an ed-tech startup
