Job Description
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Quality Assurance personnel to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
- Follows all relevant Quality Assurance policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Follow-up change control, CAPA, Deviations.
- Ensure that manufacturing operations are clearly specified and good manufacturing practice (cGMP) are adopted.
- Preparing trending Reports, change control, finished product annual review, CAPA, deviation etc.
- Ensure that plant hygiene and cleanliness is as intended.
- Review of the production batch record.
- Conduct round check tour for the company departments and report any inspection results in writing to the quality assurance manager.
