- Planning the daily work in the factory and distributing the work to the employees of the maintenance department.
- Make an inventory of all equipment, machines, and devices, and register the equipment inventory form.
- Create a machine log for all equipment
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules (periodic - predictive - planning), apply them, and follow up their implementation.
- Supervising and working on the maintenance and repair of machines and machines used in the production process.
- Documenting maintenance operations and opening a special file for each machine separately to know its cost.
- Supervising and working on electrical wiring, installing panels, and dealing with electrical problems.
- Determine the needs of materials and equipment for the maintenance department and request them from the Procurement Department.
- Supervising the conclusion of maintenance contracts signed by the factory and suppliers of devices and equipment from the maintenance department.
- Prepare a monthly and annual report on what has been accomplished and a monthly plan for what will be done during the next month and submit it to the Director of Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience working in engineering
- Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products
- Excellent math skills: the ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
- Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
