Job Description
- Provides assistance and customer service to passengers by performing check-in, reservations,
- ticketing, and baggage processing duties
- Performs administrative duties by organizing, managing invoices and generating reports
- Issues tickets and implements all elements to meet the annual sales target
- Supervises and manages the ground handling company staffs
- Maintains traffic form supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering item
- Responds to customers' inquiries and properly apply service for special care passengers
