Job Description
- Tracking Actual Expenses, monitoring budgets’ expenditures and ensuring they are in line with the budgets while reporting any discrepancies in order to take the needed actions.
- Checking JV entries within the scope of projects and ensuring compliance.
- Recording accounting entries related to the projects.
- Participating in the budgeting process annually for RFC and its projects and programmes.
- Tracking projects’ funds, actual expenses, budget variances and reviewing contracts as needed.
- Reviewing contracts and preparing payments for the projects.
- Recording the accounting entries on accounting system (CBD and RTD Projects, Jordan Film Fund/Other projects as needed).
