The Personal Coordinator will perform duties and assist the HR Manager in handling all paper works of the HR Department. Makes sure that all transactions connected to personal issues are accomplished.
To update daily changes in HRMS and Make and Correction and entry of new data record
Uploading of scanned document to employees file in HRMS.
Handle works dealing with distributing documents to the concerned departments.
Encode important outgoing documents.
File documents in the personal file of the employee.
In-charge of collecting signatures for important documents.
Ensures confidentiality of documents.
Custodian of personal files of staff and keeping records for all files.
Prepare regular needed statistics reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Preparation of data for Ministry of Higher Education ( MOHE).
Preparation & Reporting of NCAAA and Data.
Liaison with staff & HODs for any work related requirements.
To work with HR colleagues to develop a high quality HR service.
Prepare new employees orientations program at training room.
To work with the HR Team colleagues in ensuring that the department s core business systemsand processes run smoothly with HR data being kept up-to-date anddocumentation is regularly filed both electronically and manually.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the department head.
Education:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources /Administration Management from a reputable University
Experience:
Proven Experience in personnel daily operations.
Experience inhandlingadministrativeduties efficiently andeffectively.
Skills:
Effectiveoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, dashboard, ERP, and computing devices.
Effectivepresentationskills.
Effectiveadministrative/interpersonalskills.
Time Management Skills
Other Requirements:
English Language.
Preferably to be CIPD, PHRI, SHRM Certified.
Training Courses or Workshops in Human Resources Management is a plus.
Actively attending yearly HR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally.
Full Time
