Sales Coordinator

Job Description

- Preparing and reviewing quotation order till being converted to quotation

- Reviewing and following up purchase orders with the sales representative till being converted to job order.

- Preparing and reviewing job order till being sent to the factory.

- Coding and archiving of deferent processes for deferent companies.

- Coding, archiving and follow up customer complaints till being closed.

- Following up every issue related to customer with sales representative.

- Preparing monthly reports needed for (quotations, purchase orders, job orders and any report needed for sales representatives or sales manager).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.

- Experience (2:4) years.

- Accounting background is highly preferred

- Good command of English

- Excellent Computer skills (word & Excel)
